This accessory came about as the result of a client’s desire to have a usable, flat surface, half-way between a coffee table and a dining table.
The choice to use tulipwood with strongly contrasting colours, which could almost be considered a fault, guided and inspired the overall design.
The lightness is achieved by using diagonal cuts and each piece has been chosen to be used exactly where it is positioned.
